Byer Co Growth System

The Byer Co Growth System

A lead-generation platform and an ongoing growth team for technical manufacturers. We connect strategy, acquisition, conversion, and marketing technology to your sales process, with reporting on qualified pipeline and CRM-recorded revenue.

The operating idea

Built for the way technical products are sold.

Complex products need more than a refreshed homepage. Buyers need to find the right specifications and applications, make a useful inquiry, and reach a sales team with the context to respond. We connect those steps.

Two paths into the work

Two parts. One operating plan.

Platform Build

We build or improve the website, product journeys, CRM connections, and lead routing your sales process needs. When your current platform is already fit for purpose, we work with it.

Growth Management

We manage the ongoing strategy, acquisition, conversion improvements, and technical operations. Reporting connects the work to qualified opportunities and CRM-recorded sales.

We scope the platform work and ongoing service together, with separate pricing. A business with adequate infrastructure can begin with growth management.

What happens every month

What we manage

Strategy

Agree on priority products, buyers, commercial goals, and the work most likely to improve the sales journey.

Acquisition and Conversion

Connect search, advertising, content, and website improvements around qualified demand.

Technology and Sales Handoffs

Keep forms, CRM connections, routing, and technical operations working together.

Attribution and Reporting

See recorded pipeline and closed sales alongside data gaps, then decide what to improve next.

Measurement

From inquiry to recorded sale.

Source capture, forms, lead routing, and CRM stages make the sales journey visible. On-demand reporting shows the data available, its refresh timing, and what remains unknown.

Attributed revenue is not the same as incremental ROI; profitability analysis needs cost and margin evidence.

Operating rhythm

A monthly rhythm with clear priorities.

01

Monthly execution against an agreed plan

02

Regular lead-quality and sales-handoff checks

03

Monthly performance review and quarterly priorities

04

Annual pricing review, with prospective changes agreed together.

These are operating commitments subject to the statement of work, not 24/7 staffing promises.

Starting point

A practical route into the work.

We start with a fit conversation. Known-scope platform work can move into a scoped build; uncertain integrations or data issues may require a paid assessment first. We agree ongoing scope when the available evidence supports it. Implementation is not an unlimited retainer add-on.

Commercial terms

Predictable monthly investment.

You pay a consistent monthly retainer for an agreed scope, with an annual pricing review. Your bill does not fluctuate with monthly sales. Implementation and material additional work are scoped separately.

Advertising spend and significant third-party software are separate from our fee. Your proposal defines responsibilities, capacity, timing, and approvals.

Relevant work

Technical product marketing needs context.

Before we start

Questions before we start.

Do we need a new website?

No. We assess whether the current platform supports your goals. We improve or replace what needs changing and preserve what works.

Can you replace WordPress without losing our publishing workflow?

We scope the content, design, publishing capabilities, integrations, and migration requirements before recommending a replacement. The agreed requirements define what is preserved or changed.

Is implementation included in the retainer?

Platform builds and significant implementation work are scoped and priced separately from ongoing growth management.

Will our monthly bill change with sales?

No. We agree a fixed monthly retainer for the scope. Pricing is reviewed annually; any change is prospective and agreed. Additional scope requires separate approval.

When does the growth ramp begin?

The six-month planning ramp begins when paid monthly growth management starts. It is not a guarantee of results in six months, and it does not delay billing for the agreed service.

What can we see in reporting?

The agreed reporting covers available acquisition data, qualified pipeline, CRM-recorded closed sales, and measurement gaps. Data freshness depends on the connected systems and how sales outcomes are maintained.

Do you guarantee revenue or ROI?

No. We agree goals, priorities, and measurement rules, then assess results against the available evidence. Attribution alone does not prove incremental revenue or profitability.

What do you need from our team?

An accountable business lead, access to the agreed systems, timely approvals, product expertise, and sales participation in maintaining lead and opportunity outcomes. Do not send confidential or controlled technical data through the inquiry form.
